RegResWiz 1.0.0.4

I need this program to be run from USB drive, on boot. I cannot use CDs. IS there a version out there that make this possible to be run from USB stick? I know this program comes on UBCD4Win but I need this program to be booted from USB drive only. Not sure if this is possible. Maybe someone knows a dos based program which does the same as this program? Pls help. thnak you.
