where can i find a reliable or widely accepted(NATIONAL) data that i can submit to HR concerning
-what a help desks responsibilities are
-what average salary for a helpdesk is (for a company of 400-500 staff. I was told to bring a national figure so that i can negiotate my salary raise or adjust my base salery
