Remote Access

How do I remotely get through a dsl router to a PDC 4.0 and perform diagnostics on static ip’d workstations and servers. Ex. I want to be able to get into the Server for Net Meeting and other troublshooting duties from my office. I want to be able to perform the same on the workstations.
