Remote Access VPN Cisco Router

Hi,

I want to know if there ability and how to configure cisco 2621XM router to work as Remote Access VPN Server Using L2TP/IPSEC, where the
IOS is(C2600-IK9O3S-M), Version 12.2(21b), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2), and the remote clients are Windows XP SP2 PCs.

where I use the same router as Internet Access Server.
