Remote administrating invisable to the server side

Hi!
I’m looking for an assistance/remote administrating software that will be easy to deploy and will have an option for taking over of the client’s computer so he can’t see anything the assistance person is doing (logging as another user or something similar will solve the problem i guess) and the client can continue his/her work without distruption.
