Remote Assistance on Win ME

I am looking for a way to remotely assist a Windows Millenium Edition computer and cannot work out how to set it up. I tried to look for the settings to connect remotely to this computer and could not find them. If there is not a way to do it on Win ME, then if there is a way through msn or any other route.
This would be greatly appreciated.
