We have one Citrix Server Metaframe 1.8 SP3 on Win2K single 1 gig Intel processor, 1 gig RAM. Serving 2 published apps, MS Outlook 2000 and Siebel Call Center 2000 Client accessing a SQL 7.0 database on seperate server. Problem is with remote clients maintaining a connection to the Citrix Server. Connectivity for remotes are combination of ISDN lines (2 64K channels) with no more than 3 clients per ISDN line and DSL with max of 6 users. Individual clients will lose connection to the Citrix server receiving message on their end stating that “The Citrix Server is unavailable….”. They have no trouble establishing the connection, only maintaining it. I have removed Idle Timeout settings (was 180 minutes). I can shadow these sessions and will see screens that are not complete and or entire application screen, but does not respond to mouse clicks or keyboard commands. Clients are running latest version of Citrix Client. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
