remote control

Dear Sirs,

I have two server: 1 PDC and 1 BDC and about 60 workstations running Windows 98 or Me. What I need to know is how could I turn on and turn off theses workstations remotely from my server automatically always at a certain time but correctly, I mean, executing a kind of script which makes Win 98 or Me behave as if I click Start, Shut down and command turn off computer.
