Remote deskltop not working

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are doing well!
Anyone can help me on Remote desktop issue – i have 2 win2000 server , i am able to remote desktop 1server but not able to do it for the 2nd server – have checked terminal services & RPC are started – anything that you could advice me to check and get a resolution to this issue.
