Remote Desktop (Copying Files)

We are a Windows 2000 shop and are currently using pcAnywhere for remote management/connectivity to servers. We have started deploying Terminal Services to some serves, but I don’t know if there’s a way to transfer files between computers.
pcAnywhere has a built in FTP utiltiy.

I am using RDP Shell Version 5.1(Build#2462)
Control Version 5.1.2462.0
