Remote Desktop — Does it Work From Vista Home Basic?

Will remote desktop client work from Vista Home Basic? Does it ship with it?

My host is a Windows 2003 sp2 Server. My clients are currently Windows XP Pro. I want to add a new Vista client, and I want to know which level of Vista I must buy.

If Vista Home does not ship with remote desktop client, can I copy mstsc.exe from my XP Pro machine and run it on Vista Home?
