Remote Desktop No Longer Requires Certificate to reach Server

Remote Desktop 6.1 Can reach login prompt on server without a certificate. We had security working so a client without the certificate from our server could not even get to a login prompt in the past. Now it’s wide open. What’s up… Anyone???
