Remote Desktop Observation Only

We are in the process of opening a new call center in another state. We are looking for a procduct that will allow our new associates to observe existing call center associates in order to replicate the deskside observations we currently use in our existing site.

We have been told that Webex or other internet based solutions cannot be used because of security & privacy concerns.

Does anyone know of any products that can be run intenally that would allow this without requiring administrative privileges be granted to users.
