Remote desktop on a windows 2000 pro PC and local printer access

situation: windows pro 2000 install with the remote desktop client installed attempts an RDP connection to a Windows Server 2003 running terminal services.

Question: Will the 2000 computer have local printer access whilst in session? (I know it works ok on XP RDP with the relevant pinter driver being installed on the terminal server)
