Remote Desktop Printing problem

Hey, guys, I encounted a wired problem. One of remote users has problem in printing to his local USB connected Lexmark X1100 through remote access the server. he can see the Printer appear in printer selection, however, when try to print, it shows “Printer Error #5”, or “print faile”.

I’ve try to reinstall the same driver to both Client end and server end. It doesnt solved the problem.

anyone get any clue?
