remote desktop/roaming user

1.Anyone knows this ques?.I run server2003 I want a group of users anytime they log on to any workstation that their profile would be the same (printers, desktop,etc.) Saving me the time to go install network printers.

2.Is their a way to log on to a user computer (remotey) within the lan/wan to sovle problems from my computer and not having to physically move around. I can do it with the server but not workstation.
