Remote dial in to computers

My remote access server is running on Windows NT Server. We have a 56kps telephone line for all our computers in the retail shops to dial in to the remote access server to download and upload data.

Question is, is there a way to dial in to the computers in the retail shops from my remote access server to access their computers files?

The OS of the computers in the retail shops are 95,98 & XP.
