Remote failover setup

I am looking in to setting up a server in Denver, and a server in Kansas City. They will be identical with SBS 2003 standard, and SQL 2000.
Is there an inexpensive software package out there that will allow me to set one as the master and one as the slave. Replicate the data between the two and if the master crashes bring the slave up?
