I am looking for a tool for screen/control sharing such as GoToAssist. I want something with a good clean, fast session so I can remote into user’s machines across our WAN or where ever to support them in their helpdesk needs.

GoToAssist has appealed to me, I have not looked at many yet. but here is my question:

Isn’t there a way to use Active Directory services to access computers on the domain?

What I would really like is an interface where I can see all the Computer Names conencted to the domain and instantly share their screen and/or take control with no user action!

Please advise…
