Remote LAN Validation

We currently run a Microsoft ISA Firewall/Proxy. My MIS manager wants to be able to establish a NetMeeting connection to his PC over his home DSL connection. How can I validate his home computer to our Network so that this would be possible without changing his work PC’s IP to a public address?
