Remote Management

Hello, I have a Linksys Router and it has the option of using remote management followed by a port I want to use (Default 8080). My question is when I turn it on what would I have to do to gain access to it?

I tryed connecting using the internet (Suppose my IP was 22.22.22.22) I put http://22.22.22.22:8080 would that be correct, Where 22.22.22.22 is the IP address of my WAN (My router is connected Directly to the Cable Modem, Which is COnnected to my ISP)Ok now suppose I do get it working, What kind of control would I have?

I have a linksys BEFSR41 V2 Etherfast Cable\DSL router with 10/100 4-port Switch, Its for a small company.
