I oversee network operations for a number of offices that are connected to the internet via Netopias Cayman routers (3547). These offices are scattered across the Midwest and Southern States. Point is I am trying to find a way to remotely manage these routers vs. visiting each facility if an issue arises.
Netopia has been evasive to non-responsive regarding the support of these routers and SBC (who distributes these routers to the SOHO’s that order Business DSL) has been equally helpfully in the matter.
Does anyone know if these routers can be remotely managed? And if so, are you willing to share information on this elusive beast? Otherwise I am doomed to travel the country to fix everything from the nightmares to the 5 minute specials.
Thanks in advance.
