Remote Mapped Drives

in a 2003 server I have a remote mapped drive and it always losses connection to this drive and this is kinda of annoying as I mount backups to this drive and I have every week to disconnect it from the network and then connected again to enter the administrative password.

Can I increase the amount of time for this session ??
