Remote Network Administration

Hello,

My company just aquired two other companies (NY and PA). Our main building is currently in MA and we are building a fourth building for the corp offices. My question is, how can we remotely administer the entire network and also provide desktop support from the corporate office. We currently own citrix and will connecting each office in mesh w/ T1 top.
