Remote Network Monitor

hey everyone

first off a little whinge, my servers are being moved, while good that the noise they make will not be in our office, the ease at which i could fix TS problems is going to be more annoing.

so what i want to ask is whether anyone knows of a reasonable network monitor (monitoring network load, clients logged in, etc etc)for Server 2k3 that can be accessed remotly. im hoping for something open source but if not something cost effective.
