Remote server software

I have taken on the responsibility of our other offices Netware 4.11 server and GroupWise 5.5 server (Admin left…. their not going to replace him). Our offices are not connected by a WAN… but I need to access the other server console to perform various tasks. I have tried using an IP connection with PC ANYWHERE and Remote Admin to get to a desktop and run RCONSOLE from NWADMIN. This is very slow since we only have a DSL line (144K). Does anyone have any ideas how I can managed these otherservers remotely at a more efficient speed? I am working with different vendors to plan out a WAN, but need something until that gets implemented.
