Remote Shell Service

Does anyone have experience with Remote Shell Service, which comes with Windows NT 4.0 Resource Kit? I have followed the instruction to install it and started the service without problem. I also created RHOSTS file in the %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc directory with the correct format. But I always get “Access Denied” and I can never connect to the host when I run rsh.exe. Any info for how to made it work?
