This is a generic support question.
I am a computer consultant/outsourced IT provider. Many times I need to remotely connect to a client’s computer to analyze/debug problems rather than travel to be onsite.
I have seen several programs like landesk or gotoassist that allow the client to log onto a web site and have the support personnel connect to them via some activeX program.
But these are expensive and require high monthly fees. I just don’t have that many needs for remote connection to justify the cost.
Does anyone know of a low cost product or service that will meet this need.
