My wife has problems accessing her work e-mail on Microsoft Exchange Server using VPN client when doing so remotely. This problem ONLY seems to happen at home – she has no problems doing so when travelling in hotels etc. However, these she usually has wired connection instead of wireless which we have at home. We use a Vigor 2600G router but Draytek say the problem isn’t with the router, possible firewall. This (Bitdefender) I have turned off – even uninstalled -but no difference. Cannot think it would be something on my PC as often this is switched off (router still on) when my wife is working. She has no problems with internet access but Outlook often freezes. Anyone have any suggestions? I am not a tech guy so please keep it simple. Much obliged, Dave.
