Remote virtualization

Dear List,
We are running a windows 2003 server in one data center. Our organization is willing to make a remote replication. The requirement is, The server is located in country X. The new data center is located in country Y. The replication should take place between this two servers, and the client request(http) from country Y should reach server Y and the request from country X should goto server X. The FTP data upload should be to any one of the server. Is it possible? Any software for this purpose. While i am searching in google, double take and Hitache remote replication software are there. But they all for data safe. Is there any software for such purpose. Please help me to find a solution.
