Remotely Anywhere – PDA cant take control

Hi, I use remotely anywhere Workstation edition to take control of my home PC/network while out on the road/at work, etc..

I can successfully do it from a PC but cannot from my PDA. However, I can use other features of the software with the PDA – just not the remote control part!

The problem occurs when I type in the IP:port to the PDA and click GPO. It reaches my home PC and authenticates me but when I click the Remote Control option it tries to download some software/plugin and install it to the phone. It just hangs there and doesnt appear to do anything.

I cannot find a dedicated RA forum and have searched everywhere. Does anyone know of one?! Or use this software who has some time to help?
