Remotely connecting to a Netware server.

When trying to connect remotely to a Netware server through a dial up command a message comes up saying “could not log you onto the server check your settings and username and password and try again”. Password username are correct. The properties of the dialup are set to log on to Network, and TCP/IP, and IPX/SPX are also checked. Can anyone help.
