Removal of service pack

I have win2k installed on my machine with service pack 4 now i want to install service pack 3 due to some technical problem.But unfortunately i didn’t take the backup of sp4 during installation.So tell me how can i install SP3 without uninstalling SP4….(Without reinstallation of O\S)
any one have answer…..
