Remove MSN from network

Hello fellow IT friends,

I am looking to disable MSN from my network. But here is the catch. I need to be able to do it with out the knowledge of my fellow employee’s. I need to be able to do it in the background, and not allow them to install it again.

I have software that allows me to run apps, and scripts, and such on login, as well as users should not have the ability to install again.

Let me know if anyone has encountered this, and how they were able to fix it.
