Remove Outlook Live Connector Win XP

I have installed Outlook Live which has Outlook Connector for Hotmail. I need to remove this from my laptop to change some settings (the default account) but when I uninstall and re-install it has remembered all the old settings.

I want to avoid re-installing XP. Does any one have any ideas what/where it stores the info for the mail accounts. NB it does not use PST files but I deleted all the account info I could find so it is kept some where very hidden…

PS. MS Support does not seem to exist for this
