Remove “TEST” domain/workgroup

I’ve managed to create a “TEST” workgroup on XP using the Create Wireless Network wizard. Now that I’m ready to create my real, actual wireless network, when I run the wizard it asks me to Add a Network or Add New Computer to TEST workgroup.

How do I go about removing this TEST workgroup so I’ll start fresh, like a wireless network has not been set up before?
