Remove tombstoned domain controller object from AD sites and services

by tjesperson . Updated 19 years, 5 months ago

We had a Domain Controller go down without the proper dcpromo run. Instead of running the ntdsutil to remove the ntds object, can we simply go to sites and services and delete the object? We have another dc running and the old server has been offline for 2 months.
