remove windows workstation window in XP

Situation: Running netware 6 client 4.83sp2 on XP.
Having cleared workstation login window on initial
login, choosing log off from the shutdown menu it
allows you to relogin but the windows workstation
logon for administrator shows up again.HOW DO YOU
GET RID OF THIS window so multiply users may gain
access without the administrator password!!!!!
