Removel WinXP after Multiple Installatio

..someone installed WinXP three times on a harddisk. Does not cause any problems but customer wants extra installations removed and leave only one that was installed as an upgarde which takes her to her desktop with all the previous programs reside. Other two WinXP installations boot ok as well if chosen on boot but takes customer to a different desktop which does not have her programs. CUstomer simply does not want to see three WinXP options to chose on boot. SO She wants others be removed. I tried every way I know, did not see any option to remove them. WinXP just keeps installing itself and adding another one to boot list. HELP?
