removing passwords generated in explorer

how does one remove passwords generated by IE . oftentimes my users enter their password when IE asks do you want to save this so that the next time you log on to this site the username and password will be entered automatically. Problem is people make keyboard mistakes and when they go to the next login they get 4 or 5 logins to choose from for a site where the mistake is made this seems to be especially bothersome when there is a multi didgit number in the account user name
