Removing Proxy Servers

Hi,
At the moment our organization internet access is handled be a couple of MS Proxy 2.0 servers with a virutal server and a DNS round robin to point the client machines to either one of the servers. What I would like to do is to remove the proxy servers from the equation e.g. have each machine browse the internet from each of their own ip’s rather than through the proxys. So can any one advise me the settings which I will need to make to the machine’s/servers in order to allow the browsing out. I know that I will have to remove the proxy client and the proxy settings from within IE but I really need to know what network settings I will need to change.
