removing spylocked

does anyone know any effective (and free) method to remove a spyware called spylocked (it installed by itself on my pc)

on some further research i found that it contains a trojan called zlob which is difficult to remove
it also affects the registry.

i tried several spyware removal applications like spybot and avg but they dont detect it.
