removing trial version of Spyware

I should have learned by now;but did’nt.I installed a Trend Micro trial version of their “spyware”.I want to remove this and the pgm will not respond to control panel “add/remove”;any ideas appreciated.Wishing all well ;and thanks for the help over the years.I always use TechRep as a “backup”;when I’m stuck.
