Rename Domain

I was setting up a small Windows 2000 network,
2 servers and 6 clients and after I had it setup and was configuring accounts I was informed that the Domain name had to be changed from a .com to .info. Because one of the Servers is an Exchange 2000 server I am a bit unsure as what to look for or how to bet accomplish this?
