rename W2K domain contoller

I need to change the domain name for my network. We have a W2K domain controller that about 30 computers log into. I’ve read how to change the name but everyone requires multiple servers. My problem is that this is the only server I have. I have no other computers to even use as a temporary server.

So how do I change the domain name with just one server? And when I demote the DC what information will I lose? It is running Active Directory, DHCP, WINS, and DNS. Will I lose all of that?
