Renaming computers using AD

Hi

I want to rename ALL computers on the network from the default alphanumeric names to more easily readable names e.g. Accounts001, Buying002 etc.

Can I do this in Acitive Directory/Computers/Properties?
Or do I have to go to each individual computer and logon as admin and rename from there?
