Renaming DNS Mixed Environment

Hi,
I a complex set up and mix of boxes in my organization, I want to carry out a rename operation. The scenario is I have DC in win2k3 named as abc.com and it is to be renamed as xyz.com it has an ADC attached to it, The secondary DC to abc.com is named as in.abc.com and is to b renamed as in.xyz.com. I also have dns in win2k mode used as file server.. and many such services , This environment also has linux server used for named resolution.

Can some one throw some light on ways to acheive this objective..
