Replace a 3Gb with 9Gb on NT Server Arra

I have a Compaq Proliant 1600 NT40 server with a Smart – 2DH Array in it. It has 4 – 3Gb active hard drives and one hot spare. I want to replace both the boot drive and the spare with a 9Gb drive. How can I get more than 3Gb partition on both these new drives and what is the best way to get the image to the new drive?
