Replace one file on multiple clents?

Is it possible to replace one file on multiple win2k clients at the same time utilizing Active Directory?. I am trying to avoid logging of the users one at a time and logging on to replace on file that needs to be updated. As you all know, it’s time consuming. Could anyone offer some sudgestions.
