Replacement dongle

I’m looking for a replacement dongle for a 3Com 3CXEM556B Lan & 56K Modem PC Card. The card still works, but the dongle got damaged last week. It needs what 3Com calls a “XJACK Connector.” I haven’t had any luck finding the dongle for sale as a stand alone item. Or available anywhere for that matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
